Another Arm Update!

Well the trip to the doc this morning was quite eventful. There is a new spot higher up Cole's arm, and while the original sore on his elbow seems to be clearing up, the infection is still spreading to the edge of the bandages.

This has led the doctor to suspect there is also some kind of allergy to the dressing, or tape, that is being used (hard to determine since Cole has had almost every type of dressing in existence used at one time or another so far...) so under his arm has been left undressed, and his elbow has been dressed and wrapped with a bandage only and no tape.

On the up side, we did pop across to the mall while we waited for an appointment and looked into a holiday for later in the year before Cole starts school (Fiji's looking good)! The wait to see the doc was an hour and a half, but then they saw it was Cole they told us to come back in half an hour - we know the doctors and array of nurses by name now, and the receptionists automatically say 'hi, you're here for a dressing change' when we walk through the door!!

Back to White Cross tomorrow, hopefully to hear some good news :)
