Uncle Shaun Has Arrived!

My big brother Shaun has moved to NZ from the UK and Cole's wasted no time in becoming good friends with his uncle! We also have the girls back with us for a night before they fly out to Fiji for a couple of weeks, and Vicky shared some photos from her camera, including this one of Cole's ice cream rocket up the Sky Tower. And yes, he has no shirt on - he developed a temp that night not long after we arrived for dinner, so I stripped off his tshirt and shoes and socks and that's how he spent the evening!

Scott took Shaun to wacth the rugby on Saturday night at a pub in the city, and coupled with the fun and games Cole had in store for Uncle Shaun the next day it was obviously more than he could handle because he spent the entire afternoon huddled on the couch fast asleep!!
And then tonight we had a an absolute feast of roast chicken and vegetables, a meal which always looks more impressive when cooked for lots of people!
