Early Christmases

Last weekend we had an early Christmas with our Abi and Gator with a yummy bbq dinner and pressies galore for Cole! I can't find the pics though, so will have another look later and post them when they turn up.

Yesterday we had a Christmas lunch with Grandma and Grandad because they are off to Nelson today for a holiday. Cole was his usual clowny self with 3-4 hats from the crackers on his head dancing around singing! And of course, more pressies! One of them was the train 'Lady' from the Thomas set who was introduced to the other trains as soon as we got home. The wooden Thomas trains and tracks are still one of his favourites, and come out of the train box every day. There was also plenty of chocolate floating around which didn't last long!!

Then we couldn't be bothered cooking and washing dishes at dinner time so we went to Dennys and Cole had a seafood basket and tried prawns for the first time which he really enjoyed.

We're catching up with some more friends today to do the Xmas thing, then it's off to Whangarei on Xmas Day after we've opened our pressies at home.
