Maia's Third Birthday Party

Today Cole went to Maia's 3rd birthday party at the Fairy Shop in Ponsonby. It's a beautiful shop, very expensive but exquisite fairy costumes and other girlie stuff. There were some pirate costumes too, but Cole had chosen to go dressed as a fire fighter in his new outfit. Pretty snazzy eh?! So anyway, a girl dressed as the Butterfly Queen came in to entertain the kids. They went on a treasure hunt, blew fairy dust (glitter) to make fairy wishes, and had a tea party. There was lots of bubble blowing and then finally it was time for lunch. There were mini hotdogs, pink icing cupcakes, wee fruit kebabs, and jelly.
You can see in the last photo that Cole has decided to do a silly smile for photos at the moment. It's completely on purpose too, because before he does it he tells you "I'm going to do it like this silly one". Crazy.
